Your role as a Learning & Development Team Manager

As Team Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 15 professionals, including training developers and staff responsible for planning and evaluation. Together, you ensure that employees acquire the right knowledge and skills to perform their jobs with quality and confidence.

You are the link between strategic policy and practical implementation of training programs. You ensure that learning solutions match the needs of employees and the organization. In doing so, you monitor the quality, progress and impact of the training programs and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

What will you do?

Lead and coach a professional team.
Develop and implement effective learning pathways.
Ensure the planning, organization and evaluation of training.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to translate training needs into appropriate learning solutions.
Quality assurance and learning program development.

What do you bring?

Minimum college work and thinking level.
Experience leading professionals min. 15 people.
Experience with learning and development.
A coaching leadership style and an eye for talent development and certification.
Strong communication skills and a connecting personality.
Analytical thinking skills and a results-oriented attitude.

Experience in large organizations over 2,000 employees

This role is on a secondment basis for 6 months through Personova. Client is based in Amsterdam and role can be hybrid. Requirements are knock out criteria so only responses that meet all criteria will stand a chance
