HR BU Partner

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who gets energy from supporting and developing a dynamic organization. Are you ready for a new challenge? Then read on!

You will join an engaged team of five HR professionals, led by a Manager HR. The team consists of two HR Business Partners and two HR Officers. In addition, an HR intern is always present, because our client believes in developing future HR talent. Together they support a diverse group of employees and freelancers.

As HR Business Partner you have a versatile role with both operational and policy responsibilities. You will advise and support management in day-to-day personnel issues and contribute to the implementation of HR policies.

You, along with a colleague, are responsible for several business units. These differ in size, culture and type of work. It is important to recognize this diversity while looking for synergies and joint developments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supervise the full HR cycle: supporting recruitment and selection, developing onboarding programs, performance management, and improving leadership skills.
  • Initiate and implement HR projects to respond to current and future challenges.
  • Advise and coach management teams, both proactively and reactively, in the implementation of HR policies in a manner appropriate to the specific needs of each business unit.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • HBO or WO working and thinking level with a minimum of five years of experience in HR, including three years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a dynamic and creative work environment.
  • You are curious and results-oriented.
  • You have a critical but constructive attitude and continuously seek improvement and innovation.
  • You connect easily and possess an energetic personality.
  • You are digitally proficient and think about how to make every process more efficient through technology.
  • A good command of the Dutch language is required.

  • Competitive employment conditions with a salary range of €4,300 to €5,300 gross per month excluding vacation pay, depending on knowledge and experience.
